We are located near beautiful Quebec City, Canada. All our orders are therefore shipped from Canada and our prices are in Canadian dollars.

Deliveries, returns and exchanges

How to change the delivery address of an order?

To change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at bonjour@candideliving.com.

How to make returns?

We hope you enjoy your candid LIVING purchase, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, we will be happy to take back unwashed products, in their original packaging. You will find detailed instructions on how to initiate a return, here .

How to make an exchange?

We hope you enjoy your Candid LIVING purchase, but if you are unhappy for any reason and wish to exchange it for another product, we will be happy to take back the products unwashed, in their original packaging. Please find detailed instructions on how to initiate an exchange, here.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to be processed. We will send an email notification once the item(s) have been received and the refund has been initiated. From that date, the refund amount will reappear in the original account within three to five business days.

Please note that we do not cover the delivery costs of returns. Once we receive your items, we will issue a refund, deducting the $10 cost from your standard shipping label.
