Shipping Fees and Delivery Times

We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada, with no minimum purchase required.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Quebec within 2 to 7 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipping Carriers

We use reliable shipping services such as Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS, depending on the destination and package size. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Canada only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at bonjour@candideliving.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
